What's the immediate source of energy for chloroplasts to move around the perimeter of cells for elodea cells

This is the last question that I need help for the experiment involving Elodea cells. Please help me out with this last question. Thank you.

  1. My teacher told me that it was the motor protiens moving along the cytoskeleton of the elodea cell. Ofcourse the motor protiens themselves are powered by ATP.
