  11. A bowl of plain boiled rice.

  12. There are lots of low fat meals available at any Indian restaurant:  try the Tandoori, tikka and kebabs.  They are just marinated and grilled chicken, fish, shrimp, lamb, veggies or paneer.

Tandoori naans and tandoori rotis are baked flatbreads, just request no butter or ghee be added.  The dals, veggie and paneer dishes are healthy (at least when made at home), you can request that these items be made without using ghee or butter.

South Indian cuisine has alot of healthy options like idlis and dosas.  Idlis are steamed lentil patties and dosas are thin lentil crepes.

  13. i dont know is that's really possible!!
