What's the least jail time you can get for 3 armed robberies?

Facts: South Carolina, 20 yr old, with no criminal background was charged with 3 armed robberies he ammited to all 3 and told police everthing even naming other people. What's the least amount of time he can get.

  1. I guess the least amount of time he could get would be none.


  2. Not enough information to even give a guess.  Anywhere between 3 years (concurrent sentencing for all three crimes, with a healthy reduction for cooperation) and 25 years (full sentencing for all three crimes, sentences consecutive).

    Depends on who he robbed, how much force was used, what kind of weapon was he armed with, injuries to victims, etc.

    He will need a lawyer anyway, once he gets one that lawyer should be able to tell you and him just what he is in for ... and what kind of deal he might get.
