I Live In Toronto And Legal Age For Any Piercing Without Parental consent Is 18.. Unless you go to some ilegal place you can get it done at any age. but you are prone to infection. plus you should listen to Them ..  You Can Get a SERIOUS Infection that can mess up your belly button Bad.. And that doesn't look cute. so if you want one wait till you're 18 or just convince them.
