that is so stupid, it should be illegal for any aged person to not have their helmet on... if anyone gets hit by a car over 17 or not and if your not wearing a helmet you will most probably die! at least wearing a helmet will decrease your chance of having serious injuries~! that's one of the worst thing about America Ive heard, except for that 9/10 children think you have to kill the chicken to get the egg... disappointing

The Minimum age to ride without a helment is 17 years old. It used to be 14 but they must've uped it  to 17.
