What's the legal drinking age in London?

i'm 18 in less than a month. do they check id often? and do you have to be the same age to get into clubs?

The legal drinking age in the UK is 18. But you have to be 21 to enter some pubs/clubs.

Loads of places for 18 year olds though!  Have fun!!

The legal drinking age is 18 in the UK, although most clubs observe a house rule of setting an age limit of 21 to enter which they are legelly entitled to do... some places will accept you at 18 yrs old... Take ID with but be careful for pick pockets and stuff like that especially in London.... Dress smart Casual and Don't get too drunk early on and you should be fine....
