I live in the North of Cyprus and there does not seem to be any laws in place regarding this it just is up to the bar owners. In saying that they will refuse to serve anyone they deem to be too young or if they think they have had enough.

The legal drinking age in Cyprus is 17, I used to live there.

There is no actual drinking age in cyprus however you must be over 16 to buy alcohol.

Well, it is actually 17+, and although over the years, clubbers have tried to get away with sneaking into clubs, the police are beginning to crack down a little harder in order to stop trouble form drunks, and to help stop drink driving.
