  1. The chlorine in the pool is like bleach which messes up clothes so instead of underwear you have the lining ( which isn't affected by chlorine)....and you get wedgies from regular underwear


  2. It is like a jock or supporter. It will keep you inline while you are swimming.

  3. To stop too much "cling" and showing people things you don't really want them to see.
