What's the logic in illegal immigration?

Just a question that popped in my head. But why would people come to a different country illegaly?

because they want a new life.

and if immigration laws weren't so strict maybe they wouldn't have to immigrate illegally.

but they are lucky enough that some countries such as the us allow immigration. in other countries it's much more difficult to immigrate.

There is no logic in it. The lady in the harbor represents what we as citizens believe and serves as a harbinger to legal immigrants who traditionally have came, embraced the US and revelled in the lives and freedom they found.

Illegal aliens do not come to embrace the US, rejoice in our freedoms, and become one of us. They come in contempt of our laws, abuse our freedoms, abuse our public services.

There can be no logic behind entering illegally, only greed.

It is as illogical as walking through the door of a stranger's house, sitting at their dinner table and demanding a meal.

laziness, thoughts of entitlement, thinking your too good to follow laws, don't feel they should wait like most people, lack of self discipline, lack of respect for other nations or their laws, greed, selfishness, looking for the easy route, don't want to work for what they want etc etc........these are just a few reasons many will immigrate illegally.

When life gives you lemons, you break the law. That's their theory.

After all, many say it's too hard, so they can justify breaking the law. Thank god most people don't follow that pathetic thinking.

to make money, they send those money in their native country then where over there they can live really wealthy, where i work there is an Elsalvadorian who came here in the 80's illegally ...he's got 2/3 kids ( that they are American because born here)....he then became permanent resident and over there he built a Huge mansion that remains his summer location. I hate this acting.

WOW, once again, i love these comments some of these people are  putting up. no, they do not come here with the intention to "disrespect, and disregard" americans. it is not that "they are too good to be above the law"  they come here to get away from their corrupt governments and to live a better life. HAHA, AND LAZINESS?? THAT IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS ANSWER I HAVE HEARD. HOW MANY WHITE PEOPLE DO YOU SEE BEGGING IN THE STREETS?? HMM...WONDER WHO IS LAZY. also, if it was so easy to "get legal" i guarantee you that illegal immigration would not be an issue. certain people jus cannot see past race. it's unfortunate.

people come here from other places to try to live a better life. if you were to see some of the conditions these people live in, you would not wonder why they risk it all to come here. you should watch that "30 days" episode on illegal immigration. you can see what these people go through every day, and why they come here.
