  1. what that guy said ^^

  2. There is no upper age limit. As long as the horse can run, and the track vet says he is sound, he is allowed to race.

    Ninepins won the Turf Writer’s Grade I stake in Saratoga Springs, NY on August 24, 2000 at the age of 13.

    The oldest winning thoroughbred racehorses are ;

    The 18-year-olds - Revenge, at Shrewsbury, England 1790; Marksman, at Ashford, Kent, England, 1826; and Jorrocks, at Bathurst, Australia, 1851.

    Also at 18yrs old; Wild Aster won three hurdle races in 1919, and Sonny Somers won two steeplechases in February 1980.

  3. A horse can compete as long as the track vet says he can.  :)

  4. No  a tb can run only till he is ten or 11 yrs

    A quarter can run till he is about the same I don;t remember exactly But as long as he is sound he can run But only until those ages so the others are wrong
