  2. I'm sure that one of those crew's has rowed farther during training (with stops no doubt), but the world's longest non-stop official regatta is the 160km "Tour du lac a la rame" in Geneva. (Emphasize the NON-STOP).  No doubt SOME Cambridge or Oxford Crew has rowed it.  Apparently it takes about an average of 18 hours to complete.  However I believe they only accept coxed fours, which is brutal if you think about it.  It would be much less time and effort to use eights.  Then there is the Eleven-towns-row in Holland which is 200 km, but is rowed over 2 days.
