hello! The longest distance i have ever covered is 112km.

really just 40km not that long, but i do it everyday.

In one day, 220 miles in about 13 hours. It was during a 12 hour race. I did about 206 miles for the race and then rode another 14 miles back to where the truck was parked.  I've also done a solo ride from  Georgia to Upstate NY in about 10 days.

I did 30km for charity not that much but eh...was for a good reason. Could probably do more.

In a day? - Just over 7 hours in the saddle, with a few short breaks along the way - from Sydney to Newcastle & a few extra km to get home from the local train station.

It was a fun day out, and I slept quite well that night.

Edit - it was about 145Km (I know, not the fastest time, but it did impress my non-cycling friends!)
