The only difference between two people is their genetics. They get genes from their parents, getting their genotype, which translates into their physical features, their phenotype. There is no differencr between them except their genetics. You pointed out the difference in the gene that codes for melinin production. Melinin is a chemical that protects us from the sun, as well as acting as a pigmentation for our eyes, skin, and hair. Someone with blonde hair and blue eyes with light skin has low melinin ammounts, and someone with dark eyes, skin, and hair have high melinin ammounts. That is why people with darker skin tend to have darker hair.

Well, I guess I can't say there's no such thing as a black "Anglo" any more than I can say that there's no such thing as "little green people with tin foil hats" walking around outside.
