  1. The largest cruise ships now in use are the Freedom Class ships belonging to Royal Caribbean Cruise line:

    http://www.royalcaribbean.com/findacruis...

They have a passenger capacity of 3634 double occupancy and even more up to about 4,000 if there are 3 or 4 to some cabins.  Plus they have a crew and staff of another 2000 or so people.

The three ships are the Freedom of the Seas, the Liberty of the Seas and the Independence of the Seas.

In another year or so Royal Caribbean will launch an even bigger ship called Geneses

  2. There are different size ships. Some carry 100 and some carry as many as 3,000 plus crew. If you look on the different cruise line sites and pick out the different ships it will give you all that info. Otherwise you will just the number of what was on each persons ship.

  3. it depends on who you are bording with hope this helps you and don't forget to answers some of my questions in the futher thanx have a good day...........

  4. If you want to compare/research various capacities of cruise ship/lines, check out the info at www.vacationstogo.com

Click on the cruise ships & review button and they select a ship from the extensive list.

The passenger and crew capacity will be listed under the heading of cruise statistics.

Generally, the newer the ship, the more passengers it will hold.
