What's the meaning behind this disturbing dream of mine?

I had the most F*cked up dream last night and would like to know what it means (real dream interpretations please). I went to the bathroom and the toilet wouldn't flush, I then became very scared and picked the really big p**p from the toilet and tried to hide it because my step mother was screaming to get into the bathroom. I then had a flash and was in the toilet as a really small person drowning and the only way i could be saved was the piece of p**p floating in the toilet and i was screaming for my step mother to help me but she couldn't hear me because I was so small.... Then I woke up.
