I've abseiled down a cliff, rock-climbed and had a go at wild water canoeing - all when I was younger! couldn't do it now I'd break my bloody neck!!! lol xx

Swam across The Channel to France! Never ever will I do that again. I can remember setting off with a group, but hardly remember I arrived at the other end. This was 12 years ago. I vividly remember the moment I woke up and realised it was "only" dream, but I was sweating like mad.

I went on a few Outward Bound holidays 20 odd years ago. Abseiling was all right. But halfway the rope bridge I froze. Couldn't move forward or backwards. Started crying and had to be helped off. You may not classify it as daring, but for me to get halfway was daring. I did that last year in Nicaragua again and no problems at all.
