  1. red deer,ab to saskatoon,sk in a group of 48 coming home from a red&white poker run in red deer.  400ish miles?

  2. 1115 miles.  Left Amarillo Texas at 7a.m. and arrived in St. Paul, MN exactly 16 hours later, 11p.m.

  3. I desperately wanted to visit my girlfriend at her college. Thought I'd surprise her one holiday weekend, packed up the bike and off I went.

I did close to 600 miles on a Yamaha 550 Vision with no windshield. With fuel stops - pee breaks - meals - and anti numbing stops it took me just over 13 hours.

And she WASN'T even there! She was travelling the opposite way to surprise me!

I will never, never, never, ever do that again. If it's over 300 miles I take the car.

  4. 1027. From some where in Iowa to Central Pa.

  5. About 130.  The most time was the same trip which took about 3-4 hours.  This was on the 6.

On the Magna, it was 178 which took around 3-4 hours.

    What can I say, I'm a close-to-home girl.

  6. I suppose the most miles in one day were from Vence, France, to Calais, (the port), then back track about 40 miles to find a room.  Left Vence at 0700. got to a room at about 8 pm.  As a not, France had the fastest trafic in Europe at that time.  Auto Bahn in Germany had no speed limit, but was free, and a huge amount of traffic. The French autoroute had a 120km speed limit, no police, and was a toll road, and you drove as you pleased. Riding a 1985 Kaw 900 Ninja.  Return trip, most miles in least time. Calais to Lyon, cleared customs at 4 pm, at hotel just outside Lyon at 10 pm. 600 miles.  New Kawasaki 1988  ZX10..  Over the years, have had some pretty good rides in US, not overly fast, due to 55mph speed limit in the 1980's, but Taylor, TX to east of Memphis ,TN in about 10 hours, And from East TN, in the Smokies to Viola WI.  Do not remember the time or miles, but was almost non stop.

    Tomcotexas.

  7. Sturgis to Madison, Wi area is about ? 400, 500+, 600 miles?. Falling leaf rally in Missouri about 75 mile from St Louis then back to Madison  through Illinois a little shorter but still maybe 500? Leave first good  light in morning and get home evening. BMWs - the 750/5 and R50/2. R69 did similar runs but had overnight stops. Gold Wing has done lesser in day runs taking more stops but a couple 300milers in a day.

  8. Leeds (England) to Valencia ( Spain ).

It was about 1000 ish miles in total. Done a TL 1000 R, bog stock out the crate.

A nice steady 14 hours  ( running it in ) with fuel and food breaks.

That was a good day, a big tick in my yes book !

  9. The longest mileage in one day, was coming home from Sturgis in '04.  From where we stayed the night in Sioux City, IA back to the house was just over 600 miles.  We started out after a late breakfast and pulled in the drive before sunset.

  11. 625 in 14 hours on an old shovelhead. Would have gone farther and longer, but I couldn't feel my legs or my butt anymore. So for safety sake I stopped.

    FYI  I'm in my sixties.

  12. I did 7 hours on the Blue Ridge Parkway a few weeks ago, probably around 300 miles or so. My *** hurt for 3 days, but I'm still pretty new to this. I'm used to being on a motocross bike where I'm standing most of the time.

  16. Northeast Ohio to Atlanta was the farthest...just over 700 miles. Took about 12 hours or so.

Longest time was Ohio to Madison Wisc. About 500 miles took around 17 hours. Went with about 10 other bikes and the gas stops started to turn in to social events. Ugh....leave the women at home or make them drive ahead in a friggin mini van.

  17. About a month ago, 700 miles in a day; couple days later 700 back on a V Star 1300 Tourer.  It was great!

  18. Holy c**p! You people have an @ss of steel! Mine is only like 200 mil. ME to NH then back.

  19. Did 650 a couple weekends ago just following my dumb friends around, funny how the miles add up when you are doing stupid speeds.  Did 600 when I was 16, Denver to Poccatello with a Triumph 650, then 600 a few years later, Boise to Moab with a Kawasaki kz900.

  20. 1089 miles in 23.5 hours. Single ride. VA. to WISCONSIN.

  21. 150 the first weekend I had my new bike. Went to some old stomping grounds and rode around. Stopped to get gas and that was it. In the seat for about 5 hours running old backstreets and country roads. Man, that was fun. I did  around a hundred yesterday for fn and might do that again today?
