What's the most efficient way to improve oral English?

i am least confident of my oral English.

i am finding a job recently. when it comes to the oral English interview, i feel rather frustrated.

help needed!~~~

Give yourself a balance of the following:

1) Listening  -  especially to 'drama' TV which is as close to real life English as you'll get on TV  (much better than news, action, sci-fi, comedy etc)

2) Reading  -  as much and as various as possible (include news, magazines, novels & short stories, internet blogs, etc)

3) Interacting (speaking)  -  listening improves nearly every aspect of speaking better than actually speaking does, but it doesn't help when it comes to interactions, turn taking, responding on the spot, etc...

These are the absolutes.  

For a little extra boost in accuracy:

Take the time, every now and again, to write down or otherwise pay attention to and/or focus on structures/patterns (anything from phrasal verbs, to clauses, to full sentences, to sentence starters, etc.)

(By the way - the reading & listening is extra useful if it's about the same thing you want to improve on... so listen to 'job interviews' if possible).
