  1. my guess would be vegan lasagna

or here is a list of different kinds of quick meal ideas for you....

  2. Pasta Provencal.Filling and only takes ten minutes to cook.

Though if you're super duper hungry, nothing quite hits the spot like a vegan bean burger and fries.

  3. Rice and beans or pasta with chunky garden sauce

  4. Rolled lasagna noodles...baked for about 20 minutes...YUM!

  5. At a meal eat about 3 different things, that fills me up good!! For example for lunch I had rice, spinach, and a mix of veggies in soy sauce, filling =)!! Good luck!

  6. I love, love, love this recipe from Crescent Dragonwagon's cookbook. It isn't fancy, but it's easy to make, really yummy, and always fills me up. I don't use the hominy because I can't find the appropriate-size can and don't feel like wasting any; sometimes I use corn as replacement.

  7. A baked potato with a lot of good (Vegan) fillings with a side of vegan mac and cheese.

  8. A big baked potato ...  with soy yogurt and veggies inside (or topped with vegetarian chili)

  9. Tofu clay pot - place 1 cut up tofu (firm) in the bottom of an oven safe container with a lid then add any chopped up veggies you have, broccoli, carrots, onion, mushroom (hard to soft) then add 1/4 cup vegetable stock and 2 teaspoons tamari cover and cook at 350 for 20 minutes serve over steamed brown rice (this is enough for 4 servings so should be plenty). You can really mix this up with other sauces and vegetable selections so it can be super versatile:ie: eggplant and chile sauce for a hot pot, or apples and peaches for a sweet bake.

Soup is also really filling so a nice bowl of vegetable barley or veggie noodle will do the trick.

    Good Luck!

  10. Chili. We buy the stuff at Save-a-lot and get a big-*** pan and add 3 cans each of light red kidney beans, dark red kidney beans, chili beans, and diced tomatoes with plenty of chili powder. Then add chopped up fresh green peppers, boca burger, tofu, or anything you can think of. Then add chili powder. If you're just feeding yourself, try one can of each in a smaller pan. But omg, it is so filling. If you have some, sprinkle some vegan cheese on top. Serve with corn bread (don't know if it's vegan or not) if you can.
