  1. Although I love fruit, I wouldn't rely on it for calcium.  Vegetables are a better bet -- eat dark, leafy green vegetables and you can't go wrong.

Kumquats and dried apricots contain a significant amount of calcium, as well as a few other fruits, however it is not recommended to use fruit as our only source of calcium.  You might want to consider some other calcium rich foods as additional sources, almonds, artichokes, black or pinto beans, chickpeas (garbanzo beans), kale.  There are a variety of foods that will provide calcium.  Please do not take all advice that is given on your page, calcium is not only found in dairy products!☆
