I've heard of someone losing up to 11 houses.

Many i've talked to have lost 2-4 houses in the past year and a half.

  2. I feel sorry for a family that has lost 1 home.  I have zero sympathy for a speculator who lost 11.

I haven't heard of anyone losing more than one house let-a-lone eleven, but just the loss of one home puts a family on the streets.

You know many people always complain about the homeless in my state as well as others, saying that it is their joice not to work and to live off the systems, I guess the rest of society is starting to realize that not all the homeless people "and their children" are homeless by joice, all it takes is a lost of a job or a crisis in the mortgage system and you lose your house, now how did all the homeless people get to be homeless?

In Hawaii this month alone there were over 370 homes added to the foreclosure filing list, no actual figure for how many homes are in foreclosure to date.

In the US they say over 88.62 percent of homes are in foreclosure right now, that means out of every 100 homes sold 88 of them are in foreclosure proceedings.

More than 1.25 million Americans faced the risk of losing their homes to foreclosure, up 7.3 percent from June, and up 88.62 percent from a year earlier.

Hawaii ranked 12th in the U.S. with 373 pre-foreclosure filings in July. It was among 14 states that posted record totals for the month.

The company bases its analysis on the number of formal notices filed against a property during the foreclosure process. Pre-foreclosure filings are the first notice and do not all end up foreclosed.

Now that is really sad don't you think.  Can you just imagine 1.25 million fathers and husbands homeless plus their children and their wives, that is like 5 million people out on the streets and that is based on 4 people per a house.

Any way, just a little some thing to think about while you are in your awe about someone losing eleven houses.  fort-four people on the streets in just that one case that you know of.

Take care and Keep the Faith....Peace....cya....
