    Darryl Strawberry, Jose Vizcaino, and Rickey Ledee played on all four of the "original" NY teams.

    FYI: The Yankees were actually originally a Baltimore team.  In 1901 and 1902 they were the Baltimore Orioles before becoming the New York Highlanders in 1903.

  5. Utter's got it. Morgan is major league baseball's ultimate journeyman, wearing the uniforms of a dozen franchises.

    One man who wore all four New York uniforms while they were in New York was Casey Stengel.

    Brooklyn Dodgers -- player 1912-17, manager 1934-36

    New York Giants -- player 1921-23

    New York Yankees -- manager 1949-60

    New York Mets -- manager 1962-65

    Morgan started his career with Oakland in 1978 at the age of only 18. He went on to play for the NYY, Toronto,Seattle,Baltimore,LA Dodgers,Chicago Cubs,St.Louis,Cincinnati, Minnesota,Texas and finally retired at the age of 42 with the Arizona DiamondBacks.

    Other notables who played with 11 : Deacon McGuire (1884-1912) Kenny Lofton*,Todd Zeile and Terry Muholland

    * Lofton is still considerd a FA as he has yet to file his retirement papers with MLB
