even though the new 747 is going to be bigger it is going to be a lot more luxurious and comfotable

The current record is held by Corsairfly, with their 747s.  They're still flying today, mostly on routes from Paris to the Caribbean.  Amazingly, they fit more seats (585, I believe) on a 747 than Singapore put on their A380s (471).  But once JAL gets a hold of one of the A380s and configures it for domestic flights, that record is going to be smooshed =]
