erm...everywhere in England, and the UK for that matter is rainy...all I can advise you is that London is the only city in England that is worth seeing its one of the best cities in the world!!! I Love LND

Seen as Seathwaite, in the Lakes, is the wettest place in the UK, i'd say Carlisle - as that's the closest city to seathwaite.
