  1. Too bad nobody cares about Eric Lindros or baseball.

My friend has an autographed 1955 Gordie Howe Stanley Cup postseason card worth thousands, but there are a lot of prized hockey cards.  It's really basic, but I guess in 1955 it was a technological and artistic feat.

Sought after depends on motive and price.  Most expensive might be one of the oldest cards out there.  Most sought after depends on a fan's favorite player, country of origin, and so on.

  2. I believe the most sought after hockey card is probably a Bobby Orr rookie card. He is one of hockey's greatest and his rookie card would be priceless in my opinion. 1966-1967 Topps card. The price would vary depending on where and from who you buy it. There is one on ebay for 1,500 dollars.

  3. Eric Lindros

    Toronto Blue Jays card

YES i said BLUE JAYS card

in 1991 he batted with the team & they made him a card

It's the only Hockey & baseball card ever released

  4. got to go back in time alternates day to day . rocker richard 1955 . under 100 manafacture . rockrt richard 60/61 season . both over 6 fiqures. and stable

  5. I agree Bobby Orrs rook.

But personally I own a Patrick Roy rookie and to me that is King!!! Because growing up as a goalie he was my Guru!!!

  6. i really don't know the prices of any of my really good hockey cards but i know i have great hockey player cards some are even in the hockey hall of fame like i got a

    Yvan Cournoyer

    Guy Lafleur

Gordie Howe and his son Mark Howe

i do not know how much are does worth but there special to me and most valuable to me i would say.

  7. Depends on who you like for sought after.

Most Valuable ? (and the most sought after by me)

The highest price paid I have seen is the 1979-80 O-Pee-Chee Wayne Gretzky Rookie Card Graded PSA 10 for $80,000.

There is only one at that grade. I am sure few years down the road it will be more if it ever comes up for auction. (ala the Honus Wagner card which there is also only one in existance , every time it comes up for auction the price only goes up!)

These are very difficult to find in high grade. The Mint 9 grade was thought to have been the best for a while until the PSA 10 Gem Mint came about.

Best Rookie card of Arguably the best Player who played the game and there is only one in existnace.
