  1. parenting

  2. I think the most tiring job in the world would to be a test subject for sleeping pills.

  3. Well, you will never get an accurate or correct answer as a) your question is subjective and b) no one has worked every job there is.

Out of the jobs I have had, teaching high schoolers is the most draining thing I have ever done, with teaching college kids at a close second.

I used to give tours in a cavern. Walked up and down, did 3 miles a day. Not as tiring as teaching.

But that is my assessment from the jobs I have had. It is a completely subjective answer.

  4. Soldier is probably pretty tiring at times like these.

Being a Sherpa is probably pretty tiring as well.

    pffft teaching....

  5. TEACHING-both mentally and physically!

Although it is very rewarding, it does take huge amounts of planning, creativity, and innovation.  It has to be a "dog and pony show" everyday in order to keep today's students focused.

  6. Collecting sulfur deposits from a steaming volcano day-in-day-out in the south Pacific has my  vote as the Worst Job Ever. Climbing the mountain everyday, exposed to horrible conditions at the top, traipsing back down 3+ miles with 50 pounds of stinking sulfur on your back, for maybe $2 a day?

  7. Fireman has quite a bit of stress when the going gets tough.

Not only is it physically demanding but it can be mentally demanding to know you have to save people too!!
