  2. Um I would say Fast food is the unhealthiest because their products have been processed, frozen and reheated, which isnt freshly made and of all the obesed Americians out there. But they are all unhealthy. Fast foods are high in fat and grease, Asian take out are high in saturated fat and sodium / MSG, and slow food isnt that bad, depends on what you order. TGI Fridays appetizer fries has around 1000 calories per plate(including sauce). In my Opinon i would rather choose slow foods but healthier choices on the menu. Example: Have the sauce on the side instead of all drizzled on your salad.

  3. They are all pretty bad for your weight and health, but they all have repeat customers, right?? I guess they lived to come back. I watch what I eat and rarely eat out, so when I do I just go wherever my guy wants to take me, eat, enjoy and forget about it. My favorite place is this family owned Mexican restaurant, and sometimes we go to Applebees.

  5. TGI Friday&#039;s is surprisingly the worst offender and possibly tied with Chinese takeout. Fast food these days is actually healthier than sit down restaurants thanks to GIANT portions of pasta, creamy sauces, steaks, loaded potatoes, fried appetizers and desserts. My fave though, is Applebees because they have the weight watchers menu which is actually very tasty and nutritionally balanced! In my opinion, sit down restaurants are the cause of obesity!
