What's the most you have ever lost on a coin toss?

I lost a football game once.

I was one of the team captains and we were tied at the end of regulation in a playoff so we went to sudden death. I called heads for the coin toss. It came up tails. The other team scored a field goal on the 4th overtime play, and we lost the game.

OUCH! I still remember it and it was 26 years ago!

Depends what you define as a coin toss.  I lost over $1000 once on a poker hand where I was well ahead.  Unfortunately my opponent got lucky and I lost.  So in that sense, it was kinda a coin toss.
