Is it just called nail gel? And where can I get it?

Are you talking about the topcoat? You can use that to make your nails shiny. Or, clear nail polish will do it as well. Same thing. I'm not aware of any other gel for your nails. I agree with that other answer that said the gel was from mixing the acrylic powder with the liquid. That forms a gel. Every time I have gotten gel nails, they used the acrylic powder mixed with liquid. Thats the gel they use on you when giving you gel nails.

It's Monomer and Nail acrylic powder..It's not Gel, Gel, The Monomer mixed with the Nail powder makes it into the Gel.
