Aquatic Sliders, Cooters , painted ,map and yellow bellied are require the same care and feeding and look pretty much the same..and care is the same.

do you have a picture?  no one can tell you the name of your turtle if we don't know what it looks like.  i'm wondering why you have a turtle and don't know what it is.  you can't properly care for it.
