The newest bomber in the russian airforce is the TU-160 / TU-170 models (Known as the blackjack to the west) however their around 20 years old.

First flew early to mid 1980's and funding dried up before it was put into full production. Since Russia has started to put money back into the program its been offically re-launched with new avionics.

I don't think the west have named it yet but it's russian name is Tu-160

Tupolev 160 is not a new bomber. According to Wiki, it was designed and originally produced in 1987.

However, every year there are new modernizations / versions. The latest one is now called Tupolev 170, which is once again, based on the Tupolev 160.
