This is going to sound bad, but its how my husband and I do it.  Go to the Latin store in town and ask the girl behind the counter which card is the best deal.  A lot of those cards are a scam with all the fees they charge.

Buy ANY calling card,  in Atlanta every conv.store has a rack of em. Follow instructions and the prefix is 01152 then area code and 7 digit phone number.

there's no specific calling card to call to mexico.

you can do it from a pay-phone as well without using a calling card.

just dial 011+ the number in mexico.

Just ask for a calling card and they'll give you whatever's available. Maybe just tell them it's for a local call. LADATEL is the one that most people use.
