What's the name of the company that can provide ABC when your Dish Network doesn't offer it?

I live in Monterey, CA and the "local channels" that Dish Network offers don't include ABC. I know there is another company that will provide specific channels, it's about $2 a month. The ABC comes from LA, but I need ABC.

Does anyone know the name of this company?

Dish Network should be able to provide a "foreign signal" in that case.  If there is no local affiliate for a network (that's the key), you can request that they provide the closest affiliate of that network.  Call Dish Network customer service and ask about this.
