What's the name of the pizza chain?

I was in Sao Paulo last year and we went to a pizza place on our way to the country, I think there was a picture of an Arab man, can't remember. Anyway, they don't have sauce on the pizza you put it on after it's cooked. I can't remember the name and it's bugging the c**p out of me. Help.
