Man, I can't believe TARGET is using such a DIRTY SONG in a commercial airing on braodcast television!!

Essentially, the lyrics are a girl telling a man he's already hot stuff, he doesn't need to go "down" on her, just make feel-good, memorable love to her as if he's playing his favourite musical instrument. He must be careful, thorough, and must make sure it's done well - to her liking!!!
