also,one more questions,do the leaves of the hibiscus share the same common name / scientific name with the hibiscus plant / flower itself?

  1. With regard to your last question, scientists do not give separate scientific names to various parts of a plant, just like they do not give separate scientific names to various parts of animals or fungi. It's all just a Hibiscus plant.

    I'm not from your area, so I am not familiar with your four garden plants.
