What's the name of they guy in the geico commercial?

It's one of those where they have celebrities come and glamourize the victim's accident or something. I can't find it on youtube, it is the one with the old guy playing piano, and I remember the guy sings the line "I hope I never get hit in the reeeaaaarrrrr again"

It's so funny but I can't find it!
