What's the name of this HOUSE M.D. episode?

I have seen this one scene from a HOUSE M.D. episode while flipping through channels. A blond-haired woman (presumably in her 30s - 40s) is a patient, and the camera focuses on her arm, and we see green-blueish bugs crawling out of her arm and all over her arm (digitally animated bugs like the bugs in the Brendan Fraser film THE MUMMY). She panics and screams "HELP! GET EM OFF GET EM OFF GET EM OFF!!! (nearly fussing and sobbing)". The doctors surround her and try to calm her down. I think this woman has a high fever or something.
