  1. No..it is not Palca de catalunya.

    There are no water/fountain on the placa....and there are grass all over the certre of placa catalunya-!

    I THINK it could be at the Placa international - near the harbor.

    At the beginning of La Rambla-! Maybe-!

  2. You're right, it isn't very clear...can't tell for sure, but it looks like part of the Plaça de Catalunya.

I don't know who it's a statue of (sorry!), but I can tell you exactly where it is: on the left side of la Rambla (going down), before the end, in front of the UPS campus (see the red banner in the foto), right next to the entrance to a "Parking", in front of some recycling bins, a restaurant and an office of la Caixa. (I used to take classes at the UPF there.) To other posters, it is definitely not in Pl. Catalunya.

    Anyone going to be in the area and can answer this question? If I have time this afternoon I'll try to get down there and then will let you know! If not, good luck!
