Question:

What's the name of this orange fruit?

it's green while it grows and turns bright orange/pumpkin color when it's ripe, grows on a tree. Armenians know it, but I doubt it's just an Armenian fruit. It's wider than it is tall and is about the right size to fit in the palm of your hand with a round 4 leef circle thing going on at the top of it. It kind of has like 4 rounds to it, it's really firm but then when it gets ripe it turns a lot softer and squishier, and it's sweet with just a hint of bitter aftertaste :]

  1. iT SOUNDS LIKE SHARON FRUIT. i LOVE THEM - DELICIOUS! I just checked it up and it is called persimmon too! Here in Ireland we call it sharon fruit. Which I reckon is more romantic..
