What's the order of college degrees, from most basic up.?

By that, I mean start with the degree that takes the least time, up.

  1. Associates = 2 years.

    Bachelors = 4 years or Associates + 2 years.

    Masters = Bachelors + 2 years.

    JD (law) = Bachelors + 3 years.

    MD (medical) = Bachelors + 4 years.

    PhD = Masters + 2-6 years.


  2. Certificate degree=about a year

    Associates degree=2 years

    Bachelor's degree=4 years

    Professional degree=6 years

    Doctors degree=8 years
