What's the point of shutter shades?

lol, i got some of those. They're just a style, but they actually do help a little! it's like actual shutters in a way, they block out some sun, but not all of it.

It's not like ballet flats provide purpose either.

They block out glare, but goggles used in snow blind conditions are better for that, although you won't see as much.

They're the point of trying to look cool by blinding your eyes with useless glasses. They are not "the look", they're stupid. If you want fashion glasses, get sunglasses that are cute, but ALSO THAT WILL ACTUALLY SHIELD YOUR EYES FROM THE SUN. And ballet flats actually SERVE the purpose of being cute, matching your outfit, and they're still shoes that protect your feet. These glasses are ugly, pointless, and useless.
