What's the postal address of the Office of Climate Change (OCC) in UK?

There isn't one, so to speak.  The UK OCC is only a handful of people, mostly working for other departments.  Those people don't have an OCC address, they have an address at the Treasury Department or wherever their "home" is.  The OCCwould show up mainly as an organization chart, rather than a separate building or even a separate floor in an office building.  There is a secretary somewhere who is tasked to OCC who might conceivably be called OCC, that person probably sits in DEFRA.  For example, here is an OCC job announcement that would be physically located in DEFRA:

but there are OCC people scattered all over the government.  They don't list an address because there isn't really one.
