What's the product of using nanotechnology?

Imagine a world of self cleaning surfaces, such as in bathrooms, with floors and toilets that never need cleaning because their surfaces are made with nanotechnology.  This is actually possible TODAY.  How about being able to replicate any material, say a food, by building it atom by atom from raw materials.  Kind of like the food replicators on star trek.  This is where nanotechnology is taking us.  What about tiny robots that live in your blood stream and continually repair and monitor your body and health so that you never grow old?  How about nanomachines that work within the synapses of your brain to enhance your mind and make you think super fast and super smart?  All of these things will one day be made possible with nanotechnology and perhaps sooner than you might imagine.
