What's the proper way to drink a shot?

Especially if it's only the beginning of many more shots to come. Is there a good way to down a bunch of them without getting too sick?

You're supposed to drink a shot in one gulp. If you want to avoid getting sick, then drink shots with low alcohol content and leave as much time as possible between shots.

If you do something like drink three shots of whiskey in an hour for six hours and you weigh like 160 pounds and have little tolerance YOU WILL GET SICK.

If you drink any alcohol shot which is having high proof

1)DO NOT SMELL IT

2)DRINK IT FAST AND DO NOT HOLD IN YOUR MOUSE SWALLOWED STRAIGHT AWAY

3)DRINK SOMETHING OR EAT AFTER YOU DOWN THE SHOT

2. Slam it (shot)

3. Suck it (lemon)

If it's anything else shot it fast and if possible chase it with a soft drink or beer
