KIndness is a wonderfull Gesture, as long as it is spread around to numerous People.

if it is directed at one person only for a prolonged period it can

1. make People wonder what your motives are

2. if directed at just one person ( all the time ) that may not need your kindness at that point in time, someone else may, therefore your kindness has gone astray

3. Kindness is a wonderful gift the human race has been given . please remember that you can kill someone emotionally, with to much Kindess

Very good question.

I guess its when someone has done you wrong intentionally to destroy or take away something valueable to you. In return, you displayed acts of kindness and you were there for them when they needed you.

Since we were all innocent little boys and girls at one time in our lives,the cold hearted conscience dwelling inside of them will convict their soul with sorrow. The humility will help them despise the evil within.

This will not happen over night, this is a time consuming project.

Different punishment if it means drowning a person with true kindness.  You get a whole life supply of gratitude.

Edit:  if you accidentally killed a person because of kindness overdose....you go scott-free.  haha

even if you're doing it out of kindness, it's still murder. you're doing it deliberately with your mind's consent. it's not by accident so you still get punished.

Terminating another person's existence whether it is with or without  kindness (for example, euthanasia, the act or practice of killing somebody who has an incurable illness or injury, or allowing or assisting that person to die) is still illegal in most countries.

Punishment depends on mitigating circumstances, and whether person accused, tends to gain something out of the murder.
