  1. I´m not sure but I think it´s either Windsor or Sax-Coburg-Gotha.

The name in her passport is simply: Elizabeth R ("R" for regina=queen)

Royals have no last names in their passports

  2. Sax-Coburg-Gotha.

The Sax-Coburg title came into the royal family in 1840 when Queen Victoria married Prince Albert, Duke of Sax-Coburg.  Queen Victoria decided to hold her own name. She was from the House of Hanover.

King Edward VII was the only royal who carried the Sax-Coburg name.  When King George V took the throne, it was the beginning of WWI and he wanted to change the German sounding name to Windsor.

Queen Elizabeth is technically from the House of Sax Coburg but carries the Windsor name...it is her choice.

Sax-Coburg title is still alive and well throughout royalty in Europe.  the Belgium Royal Family and the once-royal families of Portugal and Bulgaria still carry the name.

  3. no doubt, it's WINDSOR!
