  1. uuhhhhh... either get a really good masache( however u spell it) or take a hot bath with some epsom salt, a drop of hot sauce, juice from a lemon and some lavender oil... yep that should do it.  oh and if your wondering why 2 use all those ingredients it helps ur muscles to relax and helps it to not be sore... jus dont use alot of the lavender oil only about 2-3 drops same with the epsom salt dont pour alot...ok thats it, hope that helps!!!! it should help.

  2. Quick and Easy- Just get over it - nature can only do somethings. We are living in a microwave society and we want things right now but you can't do anything about it but grin and endure it.Even hot baths can't fully take care of it. I use to be active in sports and when I try to play again it hurts but the pain goes away in its own timing.

  3. If you are still young, rest 12 hours will be sufficient enough... or rest itself doesn't seem that efficient to you anymore, then you need to apply hot pack or massage on your sore muscle. Jacuzzi is always a good way to help you relax your over all muscle.

Remember to stretch your muscle before any games is the key to prevent sore muscle.

  4. Rest, drink a lot of water, eat right, stretch, and take advil!

  5. omg..i just played volleyball today and i pulled a muscle in my butt when i was spiking and i literally fell over on my back and cried because it hurt so bad. everyone in the gym was looking at me...how embarrassing!

  6. Stretch, soak in a warm tub, get a nice massage and buy plenty of heating pads!

  7. Massage techniques

    cold cream

  8. Jacuzzi, stretching the muscle 3-4X a day, and icy hot.

    Works every time.

  9. go 2 sleep

  10. How to get OVER a sore muscle?

    Put it UNDER you

  11. yeahh....iammicasa knows what's going on! you don't do just hot or just cold...(try this in the shower because it's easiest) go warm water on your sore muscles 30 seconds...then cool for 30 seconds...and progressively get hotter/colder as you go and then stretch them....but if they hurt don't stop playing volleyball or whatever, keep active even though it hurts

  12. you need to soak in a tub with some Epsom salt or a jacuzzi works well too either way you need to get in some hot water asap

  13. long warm bath

    body rubs & aspirin

  14. You might think that I am crazy for suggesting this... SWIM.

I used to swim & play volleyball in college.  At the beginning of one semester, after some time off from exercising, I was REALLY SORE from volleyball & didn't want to swim.  I got in & was really hurting, but got through it.  The next day, I wasn't as sore as before.  The swimming helped to stretch the sore muscles.  Now, whenever I am really sore, I want to go swim a little bit.

You don't have to go out & swim a rigorous workout, just swim a little & stretch your muscles.  You could sit in a hot tub for a bit afterward, just not too long.

  15. icy hot with the combination of a heating pad

  16. LOTS AND LOTS OF ICE      you should probably put the sore body part in a bucket of ice    or if your body is sore then there is always the tub

  17. Rest!

  18. cold then heat cold then heat
