I want to focus on the tops of my arms, my thighs, and my stomach. And how can I make my face look smaller?

    crunches:100 repts every day

If you focus on being healthy and fit you'll look good all over.  Watch what you eat, no sodas, fast food, fried or fatty foods.  Drink a lot of water, half your weight and drink that in ounces.  Walk 5 times a week for 20-30 minutes.  Do sit ups and crunches, squats and lunges, and push ups and curls with 2-5 lb weights ( a can of soup is about one or two pounds, start with that.)  Check out my blog for other great ways to lose weight and look great too.  http://buzz.prevention.com/community/bcr...

    The best thing that you can do is exercise.

    That site has a bunch of at-home type of exercises that you can do in your free time.

    Making your face look smaller, hmm.. I don't know any exercises for that one! I'm sure that as you lose weight though, so will your face, so you shouldn't worry about that! [:
