Question:

What's the "Red Book" value of a 2005 Grand Prix GT in Toronto?

It's loaded with pretty much everything (leather, most of the bells and whistles, etc). It has only 47,000 KM on it (I travel by plane a lot for work). The exterior is in excellent condition. It has never needed any service other than the regularly scheduled service.

My lease is expiring shortly, and I am considering buying it out but I don't want to get "jobbed" as I know that (a) the Toronto dealerships are having trouble selling these types of cars due to the gas prices, and (b) the new Cdn dollar-adjusted prices of new cars are attractive.

If there is anything else I should consider, I'd welcome the advice as well!
